Due to the nature of the products we sell, certain items may not be eligible for return or refund. All firearm sales are final. Firearms cannot be returned once an order has been placed or shipped, except in cases where the firearm arrives damaged or defective. Customers must inspect firearms at the receiving Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer upon transfer. Any issues regarding defects or damage must be reported promptly to Rocking P Firearms. Firearms will not be accepted for return if they have been transferred, altered, or used in a manner inconsistent with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Ammunition sales are final. For safety and regulatory reasons, ammunition cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once an order has shipped. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the ammunition they order is legal to possess in their state or jurisdiction. Orders shipped to locations where ammunition is restricted or prohibited will be canceled and refunded.
Certain accessories and non-regulated items may be eligible for return or exchange if they are unused, in their original packaging, and returned within a reasonable period after delivery. Customers must contact Rocking P Firearms to request a return authorization prior to sending items back. Approved returns are subject to inspection, and items must meet all conditions to qualify for a refund. Shipping costs associated with returns are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by Rocking P Firearms.

Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund for the affected item. Claims must be submitted within a reasonable period from the date of delivery.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The processing time may vary depending on the financial institution and payment provider. Rocking P Firearms is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks. Refunds do not include shipping or handling fees unless otherwise required by law or determined by Rocking P Firearms.
