All firearms purchased through Rocking P Firearms are shipped exclusively to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. Firearms are never shipped directly to customers under any circumstances. Buyers must provide the information of the FFL dealer during checkout or at the time of purchase. The receiving FFL dealer will complete all required background checks and transfer paperwork before releasing the firearm to the buyer.
Firearm shipments cannot be processed until the FFL is verified. Orders with incomplete, incorrect, or invalid FFL information may be delayed or canceled. Rocking P Firearms reserves the right to refuse any firearm transfer that cannot be completed legally.
Ammunition may be shipped where legally permitted. Certain states and jurisdictions restrict or prohibit the shipment of ammunition. Orders placed for locations where shipment is prohibited will be canceled and refunded. Adult signature confirmation may be required upon delivery for safety and regulatory compliance.
